13U Red Dogs Undefeated in Monsters of the Midway Tourney

This past weekend, the Red Dogs 13U Red team went 5-0 to win the Monsters of the Midway Tourney in Aurora.  The team had huge contributions from every single member: Tommy Ambrose, Clay Cash, John Cornell, Adam Fuechtman, Tucker Hawthorne, Noah Issa, David Laughter, Jack Levine, Lynden McCarroll, Andy Munoz, Aiden Rowe and Andres Waelter.

While the offense walloped 54 hits and scored 42 runs in five games, the Red Dogs rode their pitching and defense to victory getting complete game pitching performances in their last four games!  They even turned a crucial triple play in the semifinals to crush a rally.  The Red Dogs played their best in the finals with a resounding 13-1 victory over the Wheatland Ducks to take home the hardware.

The Red Dogs played hard, exhibited excellent composure and outstanding sportsmanship all weekend
